The Hideaway Cottage exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect - from the cottage to the gardens and lake were beautifully maintained.Tina made sure we were enjoying ourselves and we were very happy with her service and attention. Don't change anything for next time!

Cupid's Cottage was perfect. Loved the quietness and solitude. Excellent level of care and attention, loved the roses and all the little details. Beautifully looked after, with all the goodies. Fabulous stay!

What a fantastic 2 nights! The cottages are unique. Loved that they are so clean, the little things stand out above the rest, the breakfast supplies very adequate, the wood fire with daily supply of wood, very welcome. Loved the bed, the spa, the scenery, the outdoor settings, views...I could go on...! Thankyou for a very comfortable stay. (stayed with friends in both Haven Spa Retreats)
The retreat was beautifully presented despite only booking a couple of hours prior to arrival. The facilities provided were excellent. So lovely to be able to make leaf tea in a teapot! The garden adds a lovely touch to the place.
I can't get over how utterly perfect the whole place is. The Haven Spa Retreat was pristine, quiet, private and luxurious. I'll definitely be back and am telling everyone about you!
Beautiful, peaceful stay. We left feeling very relaxed. Spa room is spectacular. Breakfast provisions were delicious - excellent quantity and quality.
Everything was taken care of and everything you needed was there, even the kitchen sink! It was amazing that everything was thought of. Every time I thought, "I wonder if..." it was there! Had a lovely time.
What a stunning sight to walk into this place! The goodies and little touches were exciting and made it feel extra special. The bikes were fun too. (stayed in Hideaway)
