We loved Cupid's Cottage. The standard of accommodation is excellent ~ beautifully comfortable king bed, lovely new kitchen, generous tasty breakfast provisions, lovely bottle of wine, lovely fire, selection of DVDs, port and delicious chocolates. The view over the lake is lovely, especially one morning with the low misty cloud and a hot air balloon gliding over. The resident ducks are so sweet. It is a gorgeous place to stay.
The perfect escape form city life. It's tranquil, romantic, with good food and wine abound. Tina's attention to detail is to be commended...nice to feel nurtured being a mum! Do hire the bikes if you're not in a big hurry to get around - it's great fun and no risk of drink driving! Sort of...! Gordon and I highly recommend this haven.
What an amazing place to visit. Erin and I stayed for 3 nights from May 3rd celebrating our honeymoon and to escape the heat of Northwest WA and loved sitting back by the fire. The little things made the trip extra special. Bathrobes, candles by the spa and the port and chocolates. Also the platter was amazing, and the massage was heavenly. We will be back again soon to visit our friends, the ducks!

Lake pretty on the net, saw it in the Shorts book, but boy, it was far better than we imagined. Pure excellence! You have missed nothing - attention to the smallest detail. Perfect!
Our cottage was prepared beautifully - down to the lavendar perfectly placed on the towels, fresh flowers and all the other extra touches were very much appreciated! Loved the spa room. Modern kitchen very useful, loved the gardens and the lake views
We felt a lot of thoughtful planning and good taste were inherent. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and felt very reassured by the beautiful presentation. The homemade jams won our hearts!
We want to thank you guys so much for such a wonderful honeymoon destination. Why would you want to go to Fiji when Cupids Cottage is everything you need. We loved the food platter and the fresh produce to feed us for a whole stay and even more. Thanks once again for a magical, relaxing honeymoon.
My mother and I travelled from Melbourne to Adelaide and enjoyed some wonderful places and accommodation but the Hideaway at Stonewell was the highlight of our trip. This divine cottage right on the dam and amongst the vines is an absolute treasure. My only regret is we didn't spend longer here. I'll be back with my husband as I'd like to spend some time on those wonderful sun lounges on the lawn in front and perhaps take a row around the dam and spend a bit more time chatting to the ducks!
