Chef and owner Tuoi Do is Vietnamese and her partner is Grant Dickson who works for Rockford Wines, so you can be assured of a excellent and extensive wine list to complement the fresh, authentic flavours.
Added to this, Tuoi Do’s parents have a passion for gardening and makes use of their fresh home grown herbs and ingredients in her traditional dishes. Make sure you try the duck curry! If you are going with a group, we highly recommend you choose the Chef’s Tasting menu, a banquet style option where the waiting staff just keep on bringing out endless divine dishes! You won’t go away hungry!
