More like a craft than a production, husband and wife Paul and Janelle Amos roast their highly sort after coffee in very small batches with very big smiles: boutique, intimate and joyful, just the way they like it. Seasonal single origin, specialty grade coffee echos the boutique wine industry that surrounds them and their own patch of Shiraz in the hills of Seppeltsfield, where the Roastery comes to life once a week amongst the vines for the weeks fresh roast. The beautifully smooth Ethiopian Sidamo roast is our favourite and available in your cottage to take pause during your stay.
