Accommodation
Stonewell Cottages offers luxury Barossa vineyard accommodation; with our Haven Spa Suites, the Hideaway Cottage and Cupid’s Cottage all overlooking a picturesque lake.
Each accommodation choice is surrounded by vineyard and cottage gardens and all have cosy wood fires, two person spa baths and lake views. The well equipped kitchens featuring stunning black granite benchtops and Miele appliances, are stocked with fresh local produce for self-preparation breakfasts and other complimentary treats. Each suite and cottage has its own private garden courtyard with Weber barbeque, outdoor setting and sun lounges.
Our Suites
The Haven Cottage overlooks the lake, and contains two self-contained suites within this building Haven Spa Suite 1 and Haven Spa Suite 2.
With own private indoor and outdoor facilities, and no sharing of any facilities, the suites are identical and each feature a kitchen/living area with cosy wood fire, comfortable queen bedroom leading out to a spacious spa room with large oval two person spa bath - perfect for a romantic getaway. For two couples travelling together, booking both suites is also an excellent option.
Our Cottages
The Hideaway and Cupid's both overlook the lake and offer absolute privacy and seclusion. The Hideaway has two king bedrooms, ideal for one couple or two couples travelling together. Cupid's has one king bedroom and is a popular choice for honeymooners and special occasions such as proposals and anniversaries. Both cottages are well equipped for longer stays and feature full kitchens with ovens and washer/dryers, two person spa baths, cosy wood fires and private outdoor courtyards.
The perfect cosy winter retreat. All of the personal touches and Barossa produce make for fantastic value for money. Everything you could possibly think of needing is provided and more. The retreat was exceptionally well prepared for our stay.

We could not recommend Stonewell cottages highly enough. We have stayed all around Australia and the world and have never felt so pampered or entirely looked after so well. Firstly, the Host has been a dream to deal with, even when I messed up parts of our booking the rectification was made super simple and made me feel valued. The Cottage itself is just beautiful, and my Wife as a health professional could not fault its cleanliness. The way the Cottage has been set up is perfect. Everything you could hope/wish for has been catered for – a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ, cosy couches, comfortable beds, an immaculate bathroom, and an amazing cellar to choose your fav wine from. An amazing personalised wine tour was planned for us, including a taste of a tawny port from our both years (what fun). If you are visiting the Barossa, you would be mad to stay anywhere else. This is a gem of a place – get on board!

Built right on the water's edge, this two bedroom cottage is ideal for a longer stay for one or two couples.

Hidden amongst native trees and vineyards, Cupid's is so secluded, no one will know you're there!
